    I am interested in to buy more enfold themes. How is the the support time for an answer in case I have a question?

    Hey Kathrin,

    Thanks for your interest in our theme. The support response time varies a bit depending on how many requests we get, but in general you should get a response within 24 hours.

    Hi Rikard,
    I am surprised at your answer because I have been waiting for an answer to the topic # 1198436. and # 1198718 since March 27th. This time is too long, so I am not sure whether I should buy more themes from you. What would you recommend?

    Hi Kathrin,

    Due to recent Enfold 4.7.4 and WordPress 5.4 releases, forums are currently pretty busy.
    Forums get busy like this only a few times a year and we work harder during those times to reply each thread in a timely manner. We do not make any false promises. Please feel free to check Enfold reviews to see how our support is during normal times :)

    Hi Kathrin,

    Thanks for the update. We’re a bit busy at the moment because of a new theme and WordPress release. You shouldn’t have to wait as long as you did, but some threads can fall through the cracks sometimes unfortunately. We do reply to all requests though, so you will always get an answer, even if it takes too long.
