Missing Scripts and Styles

Hi, not sure what happened but seem to be maxing out my daily query limits very fast with my host provider. I installed query monitor and I got the attached issues come up. My hosting company said all the errors were issues I need to take up with the theme developer. I’ve attached screen shots of the errors I’m getting. I also have a bunch of errors on my theme update page and I’ve included the errors below. I have installed the latest version of the theme and it didn’t seem to do anything for my problems.
