Hello All,
Having issues with the tabs section not rendering properly. Looking for the same experience as this: https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-2017/elements/tab-section/
Also, having issues with the animations loading properly on the homepage. They don’t seem to animate when loading as other Enfold themes do. Can you please assist? Login credentials and domain included in private content area.

March 11, 2020 at 3:48 am #1192100Hi,
Thank you for the update.
You have to use the Layout Elements > Tab Section element, not the Tabs element. We added it above the Tabs element in the shop page.

IsmaelMarch 12, 2020 at 8:32 pm #1192751Thanks Ismael, but this is far from the experience we are looking for and what we saw in the theme demos for Enfold. First, there is no place to put in text content in the tab itself. There is no text input with formatting options, just a place to put in the title of the tab – which is labeled content BTW.
Also, the tabs and the icons aren’t displaying at all as it sits. We have colleagues that have used this feature and not only does this not display correctly, it appears that the backend interface for customizable options for this is theme is quite different from your demo tab section that we previously mentioned.
The only way we got this to work with a text description was to add a text block in the tab, but this doesn’t display right either and doesn’t match the experience of the tab demo.
We would appreciate any information on how to get this to work properly.
March 16, 2020 at 7:51 pm #1193597We want to be patient and courteous in these times, but we are losing a lot of development time with this. Can we get some help please? We need to get moving and need to figure out whether this theme will get the job done for us. We did purchase support on the Envato Marketplace.
Any help would greatly be appreciated and thanks again.
March 18, 2020 at 3:58 am #1193976Hi,
Sorry for the late response. You can actually drag and drop elements (columns, text blocks images) in the tab content editor. To show how the demo is created, we added tab sections and some content in a test page. Please check the link in the private field.
For more info and for additional customization regarding the tab section element, please check the documentation.

IsmaelMarch 18, 2020 at 7:32 pm #1194223Thank you for this Ismael, but it seems that the tabs are not displaying correctly. There are no tabs displaying in the page in Chrome browser, just horizontal lines with no images or icons present. Do you see that? This is very different from the demo sites and how you see it here: https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-2017/elements/tab-section/#layer-slider-plugin
We have also used other Enfold themes that the tab section is just drag and drop with no CSS customizations, is that not an option with this theme? That is what we’re looking for.
Please advise and thanks for the support.
March 23, 2020 at 11:44 am #1195423Hi,
Thank you for the update.
It is displaying properly on our end. Can you provide a screenshot of the test page on Chrome? You can use imgur or dropbox.
Best regards,
IsmaelMarch 23, 2020 at 8:14 pm #1195565Wow really? What browser are you using? And a little surprised you don’t have a version of it to test. I’ve included 3 screenshots, one of the page in Chrome and two of the the Tab sections in another Enfold theme that works fine.
March 27, 2020 at 5:12 am #1198211Hi,
We checked the site on Chrome. We can no longer access the dashboard or the test page that we created because the account above is not valid anymore. Did you delete the account?
Again, you have to use the Layout Elements > Tab Section element and NOT the Content Element > Tabs element. In the screenshot, you’re using the Tabs element.
Here’s a screenshot of a page containing a tab section in our local installation on Chrome.
