Hi, I designed this site a few years ago and have not updated Enfold version in a while. Tried it yesterday via FTP and it blew up the site (knew that was a risk). So, I reverted back to the old version for the time being so the company could continue on while I figured out a fix. However, when I did that all the content on the home page disappeared (although still visible in the admin). All other pages work fine. I have temporarily set the “About” page as the home page so the site can be functional, but the problem page is the “Home” page. See it here: http://www.potomacfinancialpcg.com/home/.

Sorry for the problem. I’m not sure why your front page is not rendering, but an update might fix that. I see that you are running an old version of PHP on the site, could you try to update that first? We recommend using 7.1 or higher.

You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
After you have updated then try to activate the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options.

RikardRikard, thanks. I updated the PHP first through the hosting company and then used the plugin to update Enfold. All is working!
