    Hi,

    I have recently updated to Enfold v. 4.7.3 from v. 4.6.3.1 and the backend is broken. After the update I can only see blank white screen on the backend. Luckily the front end is still working. I had to restore to the previous version so that I can make web updates.

    Hi,

    Even after I have updated the site the front end still displays fine but the backend shows blank white screen. I had to reverse the install because I need access to the backend to update posts and pages. I can update the backend and send you the login details for you to troubleshoot.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, I get the same problem on my end. What happens if you rename the WordPress plugin folder in order to disable all plugins?

    Also, which version of PHP are you running? We recommend 7.1 or higher.

    Hi Rikard,

    The problem is caused by the Enfold Child Theme. The previous designer has created a new custom Enfold Child Theme that has caused the problem with the backend. Is there anywhere I can get the Enfold Child Theme so that I can do a comparison of the custom Enfold Child Theme created by the designer?

    The site is running on PHP 7.2.
