    I am experiencing a great problem with my Enfold theme. My site http://www.aeco.space cannot be edited properly as I used to do it.
    Whenever I want to edit a page – the result is this:
    http://www.aeco.space/survey
    Please, help with advice.
    Do I need to renew my support to have this issue fixed? Or the problem is elsewhere?

    What exactly is the issue you are having? Is it whitespace issue? If so, you have custom CSS codes as following 

    .avia-builder-el-0.av-minimum-height-100 .container, .avia-builder-el-0.avia-fullscreen-slider .avia-slideshow, .avia-builder-el-0.av-cell-min-height-100 > .flex_cell {
    height: 463px;
}
.av-minimum-height-100 .container {
    height: 1500px;
}
.av-minimum-height-100 .container, .avia-fullscreen-slider .avia-slideshow, #top.avia-blank .av-minimum-height-100 .container, .av-cell-min-height-100 > .flex_cell {
    height: 508px;
}

    Please remove them and if that is not what you meant, please elaborate on the issue you are having. If you could send screenshots to show, that would greatly help. You can upload your screenshots on imgur.com or Dropbox public folder and post the links here :)

    Whenever I start editing a page, some block editors appears without wanting it, I cannot remove it, only with code on it. It appears before the standard blocks I love to use – Avia Layout builder.
    Whenever I change something, it creates a mess on the page – see for reference http://www.aeco.space/survey – there are doubled block, distorted footer, and images. The same happens with any page I edit.
    I have updated everything possible – WP, plugins, themes, etc. No change.

    You are currently using an older version of Enfold. Could you please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/#update-via-ftp and update the theme to the latest version?

    If you would like us to update the theme for you, please post FTP logins here privately as well :)

    Hi,

    You can generate a Personal Token by referring to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and insert it in Enfold theme options. After that you should receive update notifications and be able to update the theme from backend :)

    Hi, I am experiencing again the same kind of a problem while editing any page of the site. This time – I checked and updated the Theme and currently there are no updates available. I don’t have any additional css.
    The problem is that as soon I start editing and hit UPDATE, some of the color sections remain blank and disappear.
    I am using the advanced layout builder and it is loading correctly.
    Is it possible to provide some feedback?

    Hello, thank you for your response. I have added the code as instructed in the document saved the page and updated everything. The problem is that i do not see any difference and the Shortcode parser does not appear anywhere. Do i need to add anything else or where to check as the error is still there and i can’t find a solution.     Hi,

    Sorry for the late response. Did you add any html tags in the page? Please make sure that those tags are closed properly and avoid adding script tags inside any of the elements. If you need to register a script, use the wp_enqueue_script function.
