    I have a production site where the avia consent cookie is not being written, but it is working properly on my local version. I’ve attached link to an image that shows the difference, see below. Also see the image that shows my enfold privacy settings.

    I have not gone down the path of heavy troubleshooting yet, especially since my local environment is working as expected.

    Can you spot any issues with the setup that I may have configured incorrectly?
    If not, can you recommend a way forward for troubleshooting?

    Hey psstudiosinc,

    Thanks for the screenshots. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.6.3.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

    This is resolved.

    I’m not sure of the culprit, though, because after updating WP, theme, plugins, it resolved itself.
