    Hallo,

    Was mache ich verkehrt?
Muss ich irgendwo eine spezielle Einstellung vornehmen?

Vielen Dank im Voraus für Ihre Hilfe

    Hallo Alexander,

First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.6.3.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If that doesn’t help then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

    LG,
    Rikard

    Hello Rikard
I updated to (4.6.3.1). It seemed to help a bit. But not really totally.
I also split the text blocks because I thought that maybe the text was too long for one block.
With a big effort I made it!
But it took my a very creat effort. Normally it would take approx. 1h. It took my 6 hours.
There was very often the error:
    Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

in 1 of 20 case also the topic problem.
It sometimes worked and sometimes not.
I made a copy of this page for you : Datenschutzerklärung-copy
Maybe you can test it with this version.
    Thanks in advance!
    Kind regards

    Hi,

Thanks for the update and login details. When I try to edit the test page I get this error message:

This is WordPress error message and I don’t think it’s due to the theme you are running. You could verify that by activating one of the default WordPress themes to see if the same thing happens then. If it does then I think you would have to reach out to your hosting provider to see if they know why this is happening.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
