For the past few days I have noticed that the English and German version of my website have problem to load entire parts of pages and instead it displays this :

When I update the pages without changing anything it disappears for a while but then it comes back the next day.
It is not possible for me to continue like this, it is our business website and we need it to work properly.Can you please fix this ?
I talked to my web host and he asked for the pre-requisit for the theme. Because they block some fonctionnalities but they need to know which one they need to unblock.
They also sent me this log saying we regurlarly get warning

Thank you for your reply. But what about the problem of the disabled element ? The previous moderator talked about settings disabled on the backend and then I did not hear back.

Thanks for the update. You need to install it in folder which is not called Enfold, you can do that via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update

Thanks for the update. I can’t see any missing content on the page you linked to in your last post, are you sure that you are not getting cached results? You can try to load the page in an incognito window using Chrome for instance. Also, could you post a screenshot of the problem?

RikardYes I checked with the incognito window etc but many item do not display. On the main page it is not that obvious but on some pages entire explanation of our courses are not displayed.
