Hi guys,
I would need your help.
I use buddypress and youzer plugin. Everything, including WP and your great theme, updated.I will try to explain my issue:
1. When I install WP, Theme, plugins, everything goes perfect.
2. When I create (with ALB) first pages, let´s say home page and contact page, everything goes perfect.
3. Then when I create a new page (with ALB) or update an existing page, after saving the front end of home page and contact page is wrong rendered.
4. Then when I just “resave” the “broken” pages on the backend, the frontend rendering is again right. There is screenshots here to see what is happening: https://mtsakademie.cz/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/mts-layout-breaking.pdf
Can you help me pls, how to fix this issue? I have noticed that it comes with start of using buddypress and youzer, but youzer should be officialy compatible with your theme so I don´t know.
I send my credintials in private.
Thanks a lot.
ZdenekDecember 6, 2019 at 10:29 pm #1163472Hey zdeda3239,
I am afraid you’ll need to contact the plugin author for more info about the issue. Making third-party plugins compatible with the theme is unfortunately beyond the support scope we offer. Sorry for that!

BasilisDecember 22, 2019 at 12:08 pm #1168561Hi Basilis,
thank you for your unswer, but I don´t understand why you officially tell that Youzer plugin (and it means also Buddypress plugin, because Youzer plugin works only with BP plugin) is compatible with Enfold theme? That´s written here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/recommended-plugins/ or here: https://kainelabs.ticksy.com/article/14727/
So you both Enfold and Youzer recommend each other and that´s the reason why I bought the Youzer plugin! And now you tell me you are not able to help. So how can I understand the information about Enfold&Youzer compatibility? Thanks for information.

VictoriaMarch 21, 2020 at 3:20 pm #1195085Hi Victoria,
thank you for your answer and sorry for my late responde. In the meantime I was rebuilding whole my website so I did not use the youzer (buddypress) plugin.I came back now to it and it seems I found out where the issue was. In the Enfold > Performance > Disable Template Builder Elements > switch it from Load only used elements to Manualy manage loaded elements.
I tested it several times and it looks the issue is solved.
If something wrong I will let you know but hopefully not.Best regards,
