    error messages appeared in the administrative area of the Enfold theme
    I do not know what to do.
    Give me a hand.

    Hey Manuel,

    Thanks for the login details, I couldn’t see any error messages on the backend though. Where exactly are you seeing them?

    Please consider updating to the latest version of the theme: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

    Hey Rikard,
    The errors appear at the bottom … inside the Enfoldchild menu
    https://www.tarredo.it/wp-admin/admin.php?page=avia
    They seem to me to be rather dangerous warnings
    When I exit Child mode, the theme breaks down completely, the errors appear instead of the site.
    I also made all the necessary updates

    Thanks for the clarification, I see that on my end as well. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.6.3.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

    I’m not very practical…
    in restoring a new relise of the theme I am afraid that I could compromise the rest of the site. Could you basically help me upgrade?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. We can help you out with the update, we need to verify that you have backups of the site in case something goes wrong though. Do you have backups of the site?

    Good morning Rikard
    can you explain why the script I inserted in the header via the “Script Header” plugin that makes a whatsapp live chat appear in the frontend. Does it appear to me only when I am logged in?

    We cant be sure, maybe a code conflict, something on the way it generates the code. We cant be 100% sure why

If not, then please installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, and set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options.
