    we have updated enfold to v4.6 today and the website has stopped loading. Can you check this, please? The homepage may load so I’ll just give you a subpage.

    Hey agavinho,

    Does it work if you switch to one of the default WordPress themes? Which version of PHP are you running?

    We had a major problem and by last need to configure new WP, I upload the theme but now I need to upload the customised enfold. Im feeling really lost. how can I upload backup to replace enfold demo?

    Currently, I’m showing a demo enfold page om my live. Would like to show in Maintenance Mode.

    Hello Mike, I just updated to the latest version again and try to fix the 2 things the version did override. But can’t get the social icon – Tripadvisor and WhatsApp to show properly , Please advise where to change it back. I add before the update Tripadivor and WhatsApp icons on the social icons list. The icon fonts are uploaded but can’t see them on the list.

    Hi,
    Please check that at Enfold Theme Options > Social Profiles > Your social profiles you have the Tripadvisor enabled, I see that your WhatsApp is showing.

    Hi,
    Thanks for the login, I found that the functions code to add the TripAdvisor icon as a social icon was not in the functions.php, probably because you are not using a child theme and when you updated it was overwritten. So I added it for you, but TripAdvisor is not showing as an option. Although the icon is available in your icon sets.
    I see you have Cache Enabler & CDN Enabler plugins, but I don’t see how to clear them, please try to clear them or disable them temporarily to see if that helps, actually please try disabling all of your plugins and check the social profiles again, to rule this kind of error out.
    I tested the same TripAdvisor code and icon on my test site with the same Enfold version, and it was working, so it should also work for you.

    Hello support,
    our website doesn’t load normally . some pages are really slow as https://portugalnaturetrails.com/tour/portugal-wild-coast-mtb/ and https://portugalnaturetrails.com/tour/algarve-cliff-trails/ . We should also be able to see the CDN request but it seems to be an error on the file detected by mozilla.

    please help ASAP,

    Hi Mike,
    This Enfold Theme is driving us crazy, now from all font icons aren’t showing. Please help us fix this. I this there’s something wrong w the scripts or code. This is a point where Dev Team needs to step up and find the real problem. It’s been 2 weeks already! NOT GOOD.

    Hi,
    Sorry for the late reply, the dev team is testing a solution for the missing social icons and plans to release a fix in the next day or two.
    It seems to be coming from WordPress 5.3.1 formatting.php
    I will post the solution here when the dev team releases it.

    Sorry for the late reply, to fix the missing icons please upload the following file via FTP to
    \enfold\framework\php\function-set-avia-frontend.php

    Please save a copy of your old file should you encounter an upload error.
    Then clear your browser cache and any cache plugin, and check.
