    Hi,
    Sorry for the late reply, I have taken a look at your screenshots and edited the DE language files:
    de_DE.po
    de_DE.mo
    found at:
    \wp-content\themes\enfold\lang
    Please download the zip file in the Private Content area and backup your current de_DE language files then replace with these and clear your browser cache and check.

    Please note that I assumed you are using de_DE.po and not de_DE_formal.po, and I used Google Translate, so I hope this was correct. We do have German speakers but as it’s the weekend I tried to assist, if this helped I can do more of the missing translation in the helper-privacy.php file.

    Hi Mike,

    Thank you for your message and thanks for your help – it works!

    Will there be the possibility to change the texts within the “Enfold Child Theme Options” for the future at the next update? That would be a big advantage, otherwise I would have for 16 Enfold Themes pages each individually via FTP transfer :-( :-( :-(

    Hey Mike,

    workflow for translations of GDPR-functions is still as unterirdisch as it was when you posted your inquiry. For me it is the “enable this function in your browser”-message, when entering the analytics-part of cookie consent and havin the tracking off in the browser. This has to be in German, as everything else has to be.
    Since you seem to be in possession of the .po-files to upload: could you pass them on to me and maybe some other users of the enfold theme, too? Just 15 projects to be updated here btw, so it should be a walk in the park. :-/

    Hi,

    @eee_lala     the translations have been updated quite a lot in the past week from generous users in this thread and this post has the latest German files these will be in the next update but it seems every few days the German files are being improved by the users so I recommend following that thread.
