    Hello!
Adding a sentence to an existing text block, saving this item and then updating the page I get a 403 Forbidden error. It says ‘Forbidden
You do not have permission to access this document. Web Server at kriya-materials.com’.
This error only appears on a certain page: https://kriya-materials.com/industries/energy-conservation-2/ The other pages can be updated after editing and saving a page. The error was discovered last week by the customer who wanted to make changes to the page. I made the adjustments for them at the time since I didn’t get the error. Unfortunately I now have the same problem as the customer and I cannot make the adjustments. I have already tried several things such as modifying the site’s file permissions, generating a new, clean .htaccess file. When deactivating all my plugins and than making the adjustments I can preview the page. When updating the page it says the page is updated at the left side but at the right side you can see that the page is still saving…. I seems that the page crashes when updating. The process circle will also continue to run and the saving cloud will continue to flash, which normally indicates that the save is in progress. I have added a screenshots. Can you please help me?

    Hey Ccommunity,

Thanks for the login details. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.6.3.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

Thanks for the update. I tried editing a text block on your front page and saved afterwards but I can’t see any problems. Is this happening on a specific page only maybe?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    At the page https://kriya-materials.com/industries/energy-conservation-2/
In the block “SCRATCH RESISTANT NIR blocking coating for window film manufacturers” the 3rd check mark must be supplemented with the text:

√ maintained transparency and natural color experience as offered by normal glass

And here it always goes wrong with me, so hopefully not with you.

    Hi,

Thanks for the update. It could be that the special character you are using in one of the bullets is breaking the layout builder:

    >5°C temperature difference effect

Could you try to remove the more than character to see if that changes anything please?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,
I have tried that but that’s not the solution.
I have also tried to replace the √ characters with bullet points but that also doesn’t work.
Saving the content bloc as template however does work (with the added text) but when placing it and then saving or previewing it I get the same error.

I also tried to split the relevant text block into two blocks and then divide the text, but that doesn’t work either. When I remove the last text block (with the last part of the text) I can save the page. When I want to put this bloc in the right place on the page I get another error. I have added the link of these latest findings.

    Hi,
Sorry for the late reply, I took a look at this and Enabled the Avia Layout Builder Debugger but it found no errors in the parser, the debugger allowed me to copy your page shortcode and test in on my localhost which also gave no errors, even after publishing and editing several times, yet I did find that on your site I couldn’t edit or create a new page with the shortcode without getting the 403. I then removed the check marks and the “greater than” symbol on a new test page in the Private Content area, but no luck. I then noticed your bullet points were not really “li” so I converted them, again with no luck. I then added each section one at a time, and found that this text seems to be breaking the page:

    • the aesthetics of normal glass, as the transparency remains high
    • normal daylight to pass through and brighten up your room or car
    • maintained transparency and natural color experience as offered by normal glass
    • decreased air-conditioning needs hence lower your energy bill
    • improved comfort feeling and temperature regulation

this doesn’t make since, so I tried pasting the text in a plain text editor and coping it again thinking there was a hidden character, and I tried removing other sections thinking there was an unclosed tag somewhere before it, but this didn’t work either.
I also see that your other settings seem fine, I’m not sure how much this will help you but you can check the page in the Private Content area.

    Best regards,
    Mike
