    Hi my instagram wont be displayed properly anymore on my website, it says only visible for admin, with the notification that instagram has returned invaldi data, but neither i can see it properly. i searched for potential issues and tried to fix it, saw some others had the same issue, but unfortunately i wasnt able to solve it.

    can someone help, please. i would appreciate it.

    Hi Rikard,

    Ive been trying for the past hour to reinstall the old theme, but I’m not able to reinstall it. I followed the steps within the link you attached and tried to find the wordpress folder on my computer, no clue where it is hiding.
    Also logged into bluehost and found the file manager. It redirected me to a cpanel asking for a password I don’t have. I don’t think I even have an account there as I tried to retrieve my password and username.
    Any other ideas?

    Hi Inja,

    If you have FTP login details then we can help you out with updating. The easier option might be to simply run an Instagram plugin instead: https://wordpress.org/plugins/instagram-feed/, https://wordpress.org/plugins/wd-instagram-feed/.

    I dont think i have FTP logins, or are these just my normal username and password details for the website? I downloaded smash ballon, but it didnt change anything, i can still not retrieve the data from instagram and shows me the same error.

    Hi,

    No, FTP login details are not the same as for your website. If you don’t have them then you should be able to get them in the admin interface of your web host, or through their support.

    HI Rikard,

    so what exactly do you need? What are the FTP logins? the logins for you to be able to login to my cpanel? Im sorry ive spend two days on finding out how to create an ftp and i dont even fully understand what it is and i ewvenj contacted the support at bluehost. i have logins to Bluehost, to my website, to cpanel… all that. so what exactly is it that ure asking for in order to help me with the instrageram issue, please?

    I’ve created an FTP account for you in your Bluehost back end, please see private. We need a verification that you have backups of the site before we can update your site. Please let us know when you have backups of the site, in case we need to revert the update.

    May i ask you another question please.
    At the moment i am using paypal as a checkout option but would like to add credit card payments as a second selection. i have the woocommerce and wpforms plugins, but it seems like my google search about the best w2ay to pay all leads back to stripe, that it still needs to be connected to it?
    Can you recommend me a good way for the enfold theme which is compatible with wordpress?

    Hi,

    Sorry for the delay. The theme’s widget will no longer work because Instagram is disabling scraping without proper authentication. The authentication script is not included in the widget yet. Temporarily, you can install one of the following plugins that @Rikard suggested above.
