Hello friends,
Very often my site loads the pages in a deformed way, the deformed header and without sidebar. Also upload an old version of my logo.
Please can you tell me what to do to correct this.
Thank you

Sorry for the problem. Did you try to delete the old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance? Also, it looks like you have selected to load JS files in the footer? Try turning that off as well to see if it makes any difference.
Best regards,
RikardOctober 9, 2019 at 1:42 am #1146318Hi,
Delete the CSS was on, I turned it off and on again, and loaded JS files in the footer that was turned off.
I think it was an old cache or CSS issue, it is already working fine.
Thank you very much for answering.

RikardOctober 9, 2019 at 3:49 pm #1146540I have another question regarding the appearance of the credit card form shown on the page that is in the private one. I have consulted with the developers of the plugin of that application and they tell me that it is the CSS of the subject and they suggested I consult with you. How can you prevent the CSS of the theme from being applied to this part? Or if it is to be applied, I can modify it to my liking.
Thank you.

October 10, 2019 at 10:28 am #1146802Hi Luis,
Thanks for the link. What exactly are you looking to change on that page?
Best regards,
RikardOctober 10, 2019 at 3:40 pm #1146876I wish I could change the appearance of the stripe credit card form for something like the example in the link.
I noticed today that the initial problem for which I opened the tikect is still there, it only happens to users not logged in so I thought it was solved, sorry. The theme is showing an old version on the pages.
October 11, 2019 at 1:42 pm #1147123Hi,
Let’s stick to one problem at a time, if you have other problems then please create separate tickets for them. So you initial problem is not solved yet? Did you try to disable file compression and loading jQuery in the footer? You have to experiment with the settings to see which ones works with your site and which doesn’t.
Best regards,
