    Hi,

    When people using the contact form, they fill there e mail adres.
    Whe receive the mail, only the email adres from the customer always give no-reply@…….
    Whe check evreting 3 thimes, find nothing to solve this problem.

    Sombody can help??????

    Hey Jordan,

    Whe dont use my wp plugin.
    Today whe control all websites whe make, and whe see this problem on allot of sites.
    Some websites have 2 forms, one no problem the other give no-reply@www…… some even show no mail adress from sender document.
    Maybe a plugin gives this problem?

    This box is empty
    Your from address
    Enter your from address for the form – if left blank it will default to user email or (Email address hidden if logged out)

    Hi Victoria,

    I remove the full code in this folder /enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/contact/contact.js
    I replace the new code witch i copy from pastebin, like you told.
    Stil dont work fine, sometimes the mail send true form on website not arrived, automatic answer dont work.
    Sometimes still get no-reply@………

    And, this is a litlle confusing sometimes its work normal.

    Any solution??

    Hi Victoria,

    We have already updated all our websites yesterday to 4.6.2.
    Some works ok now.
    Others still same problem….no-reply@…….. and some website dont send automatic answer form.

    Maybe create a new forms after this update?

    Hi

    We have same problem again with contact forms on some websites of our clients.
    Somethimes even the form not get send.
    We start a few times with een totally new form, not working.
    Is there a problem with the contact form in the Enfold Theme?

    The website use Enfold 4.6.2.
    There is no update available.
    Where can i find updat 4.6.3.1?
    How can i update the theme without losing everyting we build the website

    Hi Theo,

    The update should be available through the backend if you have added a token, otherwise you can always download it from your Themeforest account. Please post WordPress login details in private if you should need any further help.

    Hello Rikard,

    I update Enfold but still dont work.
    We install Sendgrid and than everything works.
    Because some other sites we make with Enfold have the same problem, we think there is something wrong with contactform.
    If you find out whats wrong, let us now.

    If Installing Sendgrid fixed the issue then the problem is with the way that server is handling the emails.

    Hey there,
    I have the same problem. The form does send the automatic reply to the customer, but 1 out of 3 of the times, we don’t receive an email with the filled out form details… Really frustrating! Luckily we have a note in the automatic reply asking them to email or call us if we haven’t replied. That works most of the times… Regular direct email does work.
    We used to have this problem every now and then, but maybe since we moved our company email to the google/gmail servers, the problem is occuring more often (too often)…
    Google Suite is not that approachable, how should we fix this!? :-(
