Hi Enfold-Team,
since we are getting more and more Contactform-Spam I was trying to use reCaptchaV3. But I am getting errors everywere.
Updated to the latest Enfold-Version (like described here). No change.
Tried all kind of settings. No change.
Also the Privacy-Message got lost and only left the check-box there. How can I bring this back on?
One error message says: “Error on connecting to Google reCAPTCHA – please retry. The response parameter is missing. The secret parameter is invalid or malformed.” But I copied and pasted the keys…
When V3 is activated a message is beeing displayed: “This contact form is deactivated because you refused to accept Google reCaptcha service which is necessary to validate any messages sent by the form.”
At the Backend-Preview the Google reCaptche stuff is visible…
What ca I further do to get this all solved?
Regards

I now found out that the missing Text at the Privacy ceckbox below the form results from the option “Hide Form Labels”.
But I was allways hiding them and now the Text at the Privacy ceckbox is hidden too.
Is that supposed to be like that now?September 10, 2019 at 11:45 am #1136499Allright, everything but the hidden “Privacy Consent Message” below the Webform is working as supposed. Please check the options for hiding the Form Lables, it is just hiding too much.
Thanks

Could you please attach some screenshots of the other issue?

VictoriaSeptember 13, 2019 at 1:55 pm #1138010I am trying to explain it again.
Whe you create a contact form and append a privacy message to it (trough child theme ‘Privacy and Cookies’ options), but then at the form options you choose the option “Hide Form Labels”, than your privacy message is hidden too and only the checkbox is visible. I don’t beleve that this is supposed to be like that. Thanks for reply

FelixSeptember 17, 2019 at 8:39 am #1139018Hi,
Thank you for the update.
We will forward this issue to the team. The privacy checkbox should not be hidden along with the form labels when the option is enabled. Temporarily, you can add the following css code to override the default style.
#top .av_form_privacy_check .input_checkbox_label { position: static !important; }
Best regards,
