    Hello everyone
    I have already written once because of the reimport enfold theme:

    They couldn’t solve this
    then I contacted my hoster and got the following answer:

    This is due to a timeout.
    In the log I could see that the connection was lost after one minute.

    That’s why I increased the max_execution_time value from 60 to 300 in the PHP settings. But even with 5 minutes, the demo cannot be downloaded.

    I have now adjusted the memory_limit from 128MB to 256MB, and I was able to download the demo “Photography Portfolio Demo”.
    when I looked in, there were still no pictures in it.
    although the download message was correct.
    what else can I do
    (the hoster says if no error message comes he can’t do anything.
    here are the registration data.
