    Hi there!
    When I try to update to the latest Version it shows “No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.4.1)”, which is not true as we should have 4.6.
    How long does it take from paying for support renewal?
    Cause first I saw, that my support ended already.
    But now it´s 3 hours since I renewes it ……
    Or do I have to do anything else?

    Hey Karin_Tara,

    Thank you for contacting us. If you do not see the update notification please try a WordPress transients cleaner plugin if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key in the theme settings is correct under Enfold > Theme Update.

    If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually via FTP.

    Unfortunately, not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto-update feature provided by ThemeForest :/

    Sorry for my late reply. I tried everything possible. Possible for me as a non professional “web-designer”. Could also not update via FTP. All transfers failed. :(

    Hi Karin,

    Sorry for the problem. The update to 4.6.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

    You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

    If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

    After you have updated then try to activate the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options.

    Hi Rikard! Thanks for your reply. I already tried this via FTP, deleted the folder and uploaded the new. At least tried to, cause it didn´t work :( That´s where I got “all transfers failed” from.

    Hi! It´s me AGAIN! :)

    The update with the “update the and plugins from zip…” actually worked with my other website.
    If only I would have the info where there is the difference…. Because the background is exactly the same. Both are my websites and I kind of copy this one to to the new one….
    Could you PLEASE have a look?

    That site is still using 4.4.1. We can help you out with updating if you send us FTP login details, along with a verification that you have backups of the site.
