Hi,
I really need your help. I’m using Enfold theme and Enfold demo to customize my website. On the home page, after the header, I’m using Layerslide with Engold slider (slides: some font, some images)… When I’m trying to see my web site with custom and also with default Enfold slider it’s not showing image layers at all. Layers with font are ok but images just don’t want to show up. I tried to download free sliders but always the same situation. I tried some solution from the forum but still no progress.if you need anything else from me please let me know.

Which browser are you using? I tried with Chrome on my PC and I can see everything properly.

BasilisI’m using and trying on all possible browsers so im not sure what are you seeing.
chrome – desktop/mobile
IE – desktop
Safary – desktop/mobileall these browsers showing the same. Not photos layers in Slider. I’m not talking about the background in Slider, im talking about the photo layer which has to appear in precise time (show up and goes out).
Also, my friends try it and they don’t see it. Please check my slider settings to see more what im talking about. Its pass a long time and I need it to work because this site has to be launch in one week.
Please help me with this.
Hi again, when I can expect something from your support? I’m sorry for writing this but I paid for extended support and pass almost 10 days from my first request. without any progress… Can I expect some help from you or not? I have clients like you and i need to inform them about status.

Yes, there is an issue with Layer Slider which we do need to see how to fix. We will be pushing an update that will include the updated Layer Slider, we appreciate your patience.

Thank you for the update.
We created a test page (see private field) and added the layer sliders in it. The default slider from the theme works as expected — others don’t, but when we checked the custom sliders there’s actually no image or content present in the layers. Did you transfer the site or the database? It’s possible that the database entries for the sliders have been corrupted. Worst case scenario is you will have to re-create those sliders from scratch.

Your Test page is not showing image layers (people around a laptop), just a background image like my custom slider, so I think still a problem on your side with Layer Slider. I tried on mobile with safari, chrome, clear cash and history and still the same issue from day one installing a theme.
Any suggestion or I just need to wait for your team to resolve issue with Layer Slider?

Yes, you’re right. We didn’t notice that the image layers are not displaying properly, only the slider background. Can we deactivate the plugins temporarily? Please don’t forget to create a backup or a restore point in case.

Thank you for the update.
We found the issue. The images are not loading because of Jetpack’s lazyload option. We disabled the option temporarily. (see private field)
