We are experiencing issues with images (sliders specifically) and video not loading with the page. We assumed it was a caching issue and excluded two pages from our caching plugin, but the issue is still occurring. After reading a couple of wordpress support forums, it seems to be theme related. Please advise.

We transferred the site to the primary domain last night, which is why it was offline. Please see the error code in I found in chrome. Video plays perfectly in firefox.

BasilisSeptember 13, 2019 at 6:14 pm #1138112I have made a Kriesi username for the couple of threads I have going on at the moment. It will be on our staging ground. the staging ground has a password and then you have your password for WP admin. All login info is in the private content section.
September 18, 2019 at 11:29 am #1139413Hi,
I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?
The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.
Best regards,

Please refrain from replying to your own thread because it gets pushed back to the end of the queue and moderators won’t be able to provide a response immediately. Please be patient while we go through the rest of the queue. Thank you for your understanding.
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
Best regards,
