This is a support question, but I CAN NOT SIGN IN TO YOUR SITE, BECAUSE IT HAS FORGOTTEN MAY CREDENTIALS TOTALLY!
I have a registered purchase of Enfold, I have registered token, and on top: on my site I can see that the token validation is successful. However, I can’t update to 4.5.7 because an error occurs (Forbidden), and I can’t raise a support ticket, because your site seems to not remember me at all!
I need ASAP solution!

As for your problem; the update to 4.5.x has to be done manually from the version 4.4.1 and below, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

I know, that updating from 4.4.1 works only manually. But I’m using 4.5.2 already! As far as I know, it should work from the Enfold menu, within WP. On top: I have re-validated my token in Enfold menu, and it says, that everything works fine.Now, I have registered to the support forum here. After that I tried the update once again – and it worked!
What could have been the problem? I don’t think, that my registration has made it working…Thanks,
