The likely reason is likely a server setting yes, would you be able to increase the max_execution_time setting for instance? If not then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look at your site.

Let me try to increase the max_execution_time setting.. would you be able to share with me the details how to do this? or would it be better for you guys to view my account before i try to increase the max_exection_time setting?.. if yes, can i please have the name, and email address? as i would want to add new admin at my site. thanks!
August 6, 2019 at 11:10 am #1125056Hi,
I’m not sure if you would be able to do it yourself, you likely have to contact your hosting provider in order to get that done. If you don’t want to do that then you can install the theme manually via FTP instead: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
You can use (Email address hidden if logged out) or a personal email, just include the details in the thread in private. We might need FTP access as well so please include those details as well.

Yes the issue is from server, something with size of uploading or not sure, but it is from there.
You need to short this out with the hosting company. An other alternative is to actually use FTP and upload the theme with that.

1.) The sliders for the construction demo uses 1500px (width) x 630px (height) image dimension. There are some selection for image sizes which you can choose from but you won’t have control over where images will be cut.
We recommend using image editors (like photoshop), there are also online image editors which are free which you can use as well. Make sure to have a uniform image dimension so the slider will look better overall.2.) After your copyright text, just add:
[nolink]
You can refer to our documentation: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/footer/#copyrights-info
3.) You can set Gallery Preview Image Size, however it’s still best to use image editors/online image editors to crop images to a uniform size.
4.) Same with #3
5.) You should find it in Appearance > Widgets, check for sidebar/widget areas.
6.) That depends, but initially you’re not required to pay in order to activate it however the google account that you used to generate the API key needs to have it’s billing information updated, google requires your credit card information for this to activate. Monthly, you’ll have $200 worth of usage and if you exceed their alloted usage, you will be charged in your credit card. You can check this on their site for more information: https://cloud.google.com/maps-platform/pricing/
Hope this helps.
Best regards,
Nikko -
