    Avia Layout Builder is a blank white popup box when Woocommerce is active. We have deactivated all plugins, activated them one at a time to test and found that the blank white screen is only present when Woocommerce is activated.

    This happens with one website but not with another that sits on the same server.

    Any advice?

    You can use (Email address hidden if logged out) or any personal email, just make sure to include the login details in private in this thread.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.5.7) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. After that you can try to activate the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options. Also please try to update WordPress itself to the latest version.

    We will try that but I am almost certain it will not fix the issue. It has been ongoing for almost 1.5 years now across all previous versions of the theme and WordPress.
