    Hi
    I can see that the latest enfold version is 4.5.7. When I look at my client’s WordPress, I can see that their version is 3.8 and the text ‘No Updates available. You are running the latest version! ‘ How can it be when the latest version is 4.5.7?

    I have problems with my Envato private token.
    I have downloaded the new version from Envato include license file.

    Message:

    Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:

    Purchases could not be accessed
    Username could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
    E-Mail could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
    Following errors occured:

    Purchases: Your private token is invalid.
    username Your private token is invalid.
    email Your private token is invalid.
    Purchases: A problem occured accessing your purchases. Unable to check for updates.

    Still the same problem.
    The version is now 4.5.7 – thats fine.

    But the token is invalid:

    Did you generate the token or are you trying to insert the purchase code there?
