We are working on a redesign. The customer is more familiar with this theme product than I am. She has set up this accordion page, but when I view it the panels which should be closed on load are all open. Running current versions of WP and Enfold. A child theme is enabled.Hey shrinkray,

The accordion is working now. I think the problem was a result of enabling a performance setting, “load jQuery in the footer” . Moderator Mike helped that with his fix at reference URL https://kriesi.at/support/topic/animating-numbers-not-counting-up/#post-1118424
In other words, disabling the performance setting returned the result I wanted.
