    Hello,
    I cannot get the demo import to work and my hosts are not helping.
    I can see from the file explorer that it is trying to import as some of the image names are appearing.
    I have another hosting with pickaweb and everything is fine on that one.
    I have changed php version and changed the upload and memory but nothing works.
    I hope you can help.

    Thank you for the login and ftp access, which demo would you like to import?
    Which webhost are you using?

    Hello,
    I have managed to do most of it by manually exporting from a another install on a host that worked.
    However, I cannot get the medical icon pack anywhere.
    Can you help please?
    I have seen it on a site, but you have to pay.

    I have fixed it now – zipped up from the other installation
    All ok now – thanks for your help.
    Anyone reading this – no other solution for me that I could see other than installing on a host that allows the import then exporting all the pages, framework, theme options etc and then importing them.
    Make sure to enable content on the performance page.
