    Hi,
I updated a few pages with new contents. Then changed the menu to access these contents and I now have the following message and longer any access possible to the admin page. Do you have any clue on how to correct this issue?
Fatal error: Call to undefined function apply_filters_deprecated() in /data/19/3/71/104/3886430/user/4317177/htdocs/wordpress3/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/class-framework-widgets.php on line 2572

    Hey Alex,

Sorry for the problem. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.5.7) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

If you are not running a child theme then you can skip that step. The error message you are getting is coming from a plugin, you can navigate to the plugin folder via FTP and rename the plugin folder in order to deactivate it. Also, why are you running an old version of WordPress? I would recommend that you try updating that to the latest version as well.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

Did you update to 4.5.7 from a version below 4.4.1? If so then you might have to delete the whole theme folder and upload it back again. If that is not the case, then which version of PHP are you running? We recommend 7.1 or 7.2.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Alex,

The version which you download from Themeforest is always the latest version, you can verify the version by opening up style.css in the theme files for instance.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Alex,

So you are running the latest version of both WordPress (5.2.2) and Enfold (4.5.7) now? Is it possible to access the WordPress backend? If so then please post admin login details in private.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

Did you delete the “wordpress3” directory or installation? It’s no longer accessible.

    404: Page not found
This error is generated when there was no web page with the name you specified at the web site.
    Troubleshooting suggestions:
Ensure the page you are linking to exists in the correct folder.
Check your file name for case sensitivity . Index.htm is not the same as index.htm!
Temporarily disable any rewrite rules by renaming your .htaccess file if it exists.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi,

I think this is the issue.

http://studio.yumeego.com/wordpress3 has been updated automatically to WordPress 4.3.19.

The function “apply_filters_deprecated” was introduced on v4.6.0, so it doesn’t exist on that version yet. You have to upgrade your WordPress installation to 5.2.1. I’m a bit surprise that your host upgraded your WordPress installation, but they didn’t use the latest version.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi Alex,

You should update your WordPress to the latest version, which is WordPress 5.2.1.

    Best regards,
    Victoria
