    Hi there
    We are getting a huge amount of spam coming through from the enfold contact form. The form has certain required fields which aren’t being filed in but they are still able to send form. We have the captcha enabled as well. Is there anything else we can do to prevent this – is anything being build in to fix this issue?

    Hi xfacta,

    Try using google reCaptcha instead.
    Just go to Enfold > Google Services > Google Recaptcha, select a version and put in Site Key and Secret Key (just click on ‘new API key pair’ link on the right to get these 2 keys).

    Thanks for this. I have set that up but how to I make sure this works on my contact forms now?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    Looks like you’ve set up the v3 version. You should see the submit button change to “Authenticating..” while the authentication is running and turn back to the actual submit label once it’s done. You can remove the default captcha if you don’t find it necessary.
