    I’v tried several times. (Did reset the DB between tries)

    Importing didn’t work! Reload try again.

    Have ionstalled Envato token info. Upload limit 128mb.

    Is there some other way? The other “import” info with xml seems outdated?

    Trying to import the Restaurant Demo (but also tried others).

    Sorry for the problem, could you try to import it manually instead please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/import-demos/#manual-demo-import–using-xml-files-. If that doesn’t work then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

    I tried the import under Tools now, but still get error:

    Import WordPress
    Failed to import product_type external
    The site is experiencing technical difficulties.

    Included login in Private.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update, I’m not sure if it’s the issue but please try to update your site URL to https since that is the protocol you are actually using. See private.

    I changed to https.
    Cleared all media and Reset the DB and tried several times with demo import and XML import. Still nothing works…

    It will import 5 items to the Media library, but then stop.

    Hi Victoria,

    I edited the php config file, but still the import stops half way. I tried several times with a database reset (but not with a completely blank installation).

    I used the xml import and it managed to import pages, but not all meida and settings.
    I will use this as the starting point for my new site.
