    Hi
    When I insert a button as shortcode or in some products description it dosnt save the label and the builder inserts a button with Click me label instead of my label. The same problem exists with full wdth button.

    Hey webfacile,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    We have fixed an issue with ALB shortcodes on non-ALB pages in Enfold 4.5.7. Could you please update Enfold to the latest version and check if that helps – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/

    I did updatge the theme and the problem is the same.
    When I instert a button in the classic editor (in this case in the product description ) stll have Clicl me as label
    Shortcode is this:
    [av_button label='Plus d'info' link='manually,#' link_target='_blank' size='large' position='center' label_display='' icon_select='yes' icon='ue816' font='entypo-fontello' color='theme-color' custom_bg='#444444' custom_font='#ffffff' av_uid='' custom_class='' admin_preview_bg='']
    And it displays Click me
    The probleme seems to be the content of the label I think. As i need to put in the button label this “PLUS D’INFO” or :”Plus d’info” containing an apostrophe it create a conflict with the shortcode syntaxis. So I guess you will have to find some workarround.

    I think the problem is here:

    label='Plus d'info'

    You can’t use special characters inside, please download, install and activate this plugin: Special Character Translation plugin
    then use this shortcode:

    [av_button label='Plus d###34### info' link='manually,#' link_target='_blank' size='large' position='center' label_display='' icon_select='yes' icon='ue816' font='entypo-fontello' color='theme-color' custom_bg='#444444' custom_font='#ffffff' av_uid='' custom_class='' admin_preview_bg='']
