    My Avia Builder isn’t resolving on my Contact page of my website but it will work for other pages. Website and credentials in private content. Thank you!

    Hey CenturyAC,

    Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.

    Hi,

    Thank you for sharing the details.

    I checked your site and tried to re-create the page but it appears you are using some special characters like :) which is breaking the editor.

    I’m afraid you need to re-create the contact page without any special characters and it should work fine.

    Hi Vinay,

    I deleted the page and created a new one and I still have the same issue with the editor not resolving. I need to be able to go back into the page and edit things in the future without issues. Is there any other solution you can suggest? I appreciate the help. Thanks!

    Hi,

    I’m sorry for the late reply, I created a test page and copied the shortcode over to that. Please see private. I remove the map element that you had added using a code block element and that resolves the problem. Could you try using the Google Map element instead please?
