PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE — Need help from Kriesi Staff

I have now spent about 5 hours over 2 days trying to get log-in credentials to gain access to the Forum so I can post questions to get help solving some programming problems with the new Enfold.

Here’s a reply to yesterday’s attempt posted by Yigri.

Yigri states in part “I reset your forum account. Please find your login credentials in private content field below :)”

ONLY PROBLEM — THERE WAS NO POSTED LOGIN CREDENTIALS

Maybe I could see the credentials if I was logged in, don’t know. If that is the case, I can’t log-in because your system is not sending me password emails.

YOU GUYS DON’T GET IT.

I have repeatedly tried to get a password and your system will not send me an email to (1) set-up my PW for the first time when i provided the purchase code and received NO email, and (2) re-set my “forgot password” and received NO email — which BTW password I never forgot because I could not set it up in the first place. When I go to “forgot password” I get this wonderful message:

All Right! We have sent a link to your E-Mail address that allows you to reset your password.

PROBLEM IS — NO YOU DIDN’T

And no, your emails are not in my Junk folder.

POSSIBLE SOLUTION???
Since no PW info seems to be going to my current registered email: (Email address hidden if logged out)
Suggest you send me the PW info to my other email:
(Email address hidden if logged out)

I need a PW from you — however you want to send it to me, my old email, my new email or even a slow boat from China. However, preferably not the latter.
