    We had a third party design a WP website for us. It appears they used Enfold. They no longer will support us (excuses) so we need help fixing a few problems with the theme and would like to post in your forums for assistance.

    Since we are not the licensee of Enfold, should we purchase a license ourselves to get support or is there another way?

    Specifically, to start with, we need to remove the gap between the top red div and get the mobile menus on screen sizes less then 769-768 to appear in front of the page elements.

    Hey Brian Nash,

    Sorry for the problem. If you don’t own a license then I think it would be wise to purchase one which you have control over, otherwise you will keep running into problems each time you need the latest version of the theme for instance. The automatic updates won’t work either.

    I would suggest to update your site as the first step so that you are running the latest version of the theme. The update to 4.5.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

    You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

    If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

    We’ve purchased a key (just now). How do we go about getting support to help with our current issues?

    1) Home page not working at all. I think a WP upgrade hosed it
