    Our website was build in 2014. Never had any trouble until now that I updated to WordPress 5.2 and it kill the website. I was able to get in and switch to a WordPress theme to be able to work on it but the Enfold theme is broke and every time I try to Activate it kills the page. I need to be able to delete and download the theme again with your support but I cannot find the purchase or the license key. Please give me solutions.

    Hey Evelop Group,

    You will need to download the theme from your Themeforest account and update manually. We can’t help you with access to Themeforest though, could you try to reset your password at their site to see if that works?

    You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

    If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

    After you have updated then try to activate the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options.
