NinjaTables Pro displaying problem

Hi,

I’m working with the latest version of Enfold and WP and updated all plugins and have a displaying problem of my NinjaTables Pro tables. I’v tried several settings but the problem is still SOMETIMES there:

On my first try I had 2 tables on one page but in the preview only one showed., From the other one I just got the code in frontend (see Screenshot 1)

So I set up a testpage with just the 2 tables and no other content – and it worked fine

Than I deactivated my plugins one by one – the problem on the page with the 2 tables plus content was still there.
So I changed to Theme Twenty Nineteen – and the tables plus content worked fine.

Than I deleted the first page and set up a new page again with the 2 tables plus text content – the preview was o.k.
BUT when I set a link to that page and klick on that link, I get just codes. (see Screenshots)
Going back to the page and clicking on Preview Changes I see a perfect site.

I found out that the < of my text causes problems.
Because when I write “Relative permeability: <1,001.” I get the message: It seems you are currently adding some HTML markup or other special characters. Once all HTML tags are closed the preview will be available again. If this message persists pleas check your input for special characters and try to remove them.
The message did not persist.
But how can I use the < in my text without having problems
