    Unfortunately the layout editor is not displaying the text in textblock, is transparent; is I select the text I can see it is in there; also I can see the code with text, instead of formatted text.

    Second, I can’t see the formatting tools buttons

    Thanks for the login details. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.5.7) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.5.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

    You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

    If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

    After you have updated then try to activate the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options.

    Hi,
    I got the point I have to upload it manually,
    I don’t understand where do I have to download the 4.5.7 version.
    I put the buying code in Enfold > Theme Update
    Still I got this message

    “No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.0.7)”

    I do not find the files download and to upload.

    Hi Ivan,

    All the information you need is in my last reply in this thread. You can download the latest version of the theme from your Themeforest account.

    If you need help updating then please include FTP login details in private as well, along with a confirmation that you have backups of the site.
