    Hi,

    We wanted to customize a Mail Chimp sign up and have it appear on every page footer, so we generated the AV shortcode and added it as Footer 1, Custom HTML widget. It works great except on one page that has dynamic directory content. The footer looks fine except the mail chimp shortcode isn’t displaying. I’ve added the shortcode under private content along with the website URL, if you wouldn’t mind taking a look.

    Why won’t it show on the page? Should we use a different approach? If so, you recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Hey GWS,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    Upgrading to the latest version of the theme, 4.5.6, should fix the issue. It contains a fix for shortcodes used outside the advance layout builder including those added inside a widget.

    // https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/changelog/ > 4.5.5

    – fixed: an issue with shortcodes used outside of template builder pages

    Best regards,
    Ismael
