Hi Enfold-Team,
we got a problem with one of our enfold-themes – the changed page content will not be published.
We used cache and optimisation plugins:
– Comet Cache
– AutooptimizeBut also if we disable theme and / or clean their caches we won’t get an update page.
This isn’t the first time we had such a problem.
Can you help us?All other data you will find in private section.
Thank you!
April 25, 2019 at 12:12 pm #1094363We can provide additional information to this case if this may help:
When I check the wp_postmeta table, the content is the most current, but the wp_posts post_content data is a previous revision.April 29, 2019 at 10:55 am #1095215We helped ourselves with the following steps:
- Enable layout builder debug
- empty the page builder debug textarea
- open one existing element properties to force the debug to rebuild
- save the page
- hooray!

VictoriaMay 6, 2019 at 2:09 pm #1097681Hi Victoria,
thank you for your response.
Sadly, we’re facing this issue from time to time. I’m not sure if we are the only ones having problems like this, so this topic is not useless. We will get in touch the next time again.Sincerely

RikardJune 26, 2019 at 10:53 am #1113562We have another system in development with the same problem, not always happend and hard to reproduce.
We do not get any error messages and we could not provide a save method to trigger the behavior.
Sadly we could only hope that your content-chances got saved correctly. We do not believe that we are the only one having this problem.
What can we do to solve the problem?
May be a solution to save every post changes (in http posts) and post saves and the analyse this if the error happen again?
May we – we are offen working in multiple tabs in our browser – our workflow could be a problem? We got this problem on different clients, different systems and also some customer has it.
so its very importent to use to solve it.can you help us to reproduce the problem?
Thanks!June 27, 2019 at 5:23 am #1113791 -
