    Hi Support Team,

    On my website, http://us180.siteground.us/~shroudph/gallery/ this is woo-commerce shop page and I have also used YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter Premium plugin and I have an issue that is pagination is not working on woo-commerce default shop page and I have searched a lot on web and I have found that, this is theme issue.
    If we use Enfold theme element for Product Grid then pagination is working fine but it is not working for woo-commerce default shop page.
    Hope you will solve this issue soon and I will wait for your reply.

    Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.5.5) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

    Thanks for reply. I had successfully updated theme to 4.5.5 version but still i am facing the same problem with the pagination on shop page. could you please look into the issue?

    You are not allowed to access this address.
    If the error persists, please contact the website webmaster.

    Are you blocking country IPs maybe?

    We set pagination to ALL to show all 200 products because that was acceptable to our client. Just now we re-enabled pagination to 30 products to assist you in troubleshooting. Please let us know if you need more to help with this. We will need to change it back to All sometime soon, but want to give you a chance to provide input. Thank you.

    That’s correct, there is no pagination showing up at all. We keep changing the pagination from All to 30 for testing purposes, but again no luck with pagination. We have updated the URL to: https://shroudphotos.com/gallery/. Please advise.

    Sorry for the late reply, I have taken a look at your page and it looks as though the yith plugin is adding javascript to not show the pagination:

    I don’t know much about this plugin, or if it has a setting to allow the pagination, but can you confirm that disabling the plugin allows the pagination to show?

    Hi,
    Thank you, as I look at your them settings I see that you are using a child theme, but you also have the warning:

    This theme is broken. The parent theme is missing. Please install the "enfold test" parent theme.

    because your child theme style.css is pointing to:

    Template: enfold test

    where it should be:

    Template: enfold

    Is this by intention?

    I created a test page where I used the woocommerce product grid showing 9 items per page and the pagination did show and work. I then deleted the test page. So this tells me that the pagination is working, except for on your default shop page.

    I also tested the shop page on my localhost and the pagination does show.

    So I recommend these steps in this order and check for the pagination after each step:
    correct your child theme
    update woocommerce
    disable plugins
