    Hey

    Looking for support,

    Shortcodes are no longer working with my Events pages. They take but not showing. Looks like it is a known issue. ( coming from another topic )

    FTP and logins attached ( private content )

    The functions.php code they offer in the link below does work. You’ll need to open and resave the entry to get it to update/write correctly.

    Shortcodes for toggles and contact forms do not work anymore

    A more permanent fix is still needed. We would need to edit over 100 events with this method.

    Hi,
    Thanks for the login, I was able to login to your WordPress but not your FTP
    Please check the ftp login info, if it is correct perhaps my IP is blocked.

    Hi,
    Thank you for the FTP access, I renamed your current theme to “enfold-old” then I uploaded the new “enfold” and checked that your site is working correctly. I checked one of your “event” pages and saw one of your shortcode buttons before and after the update, and believe that the shortcodes are working correctly now. Please also check for yourself.
    Once you are happy you, (or I) can delete the “enfold-old” via ftp, (not the WP theme page)
    Should for some reason you wish to roll-back to the old version, it’s easy to do, simply rename the new “enfold” to “enfold-new” via ftp and then rename “enfold-old” to “enfold” then refresh your page.

    That is great news! I deleted the “enfold-old” directory. Glad we were able to help, we will close this now. Thank you for using Enfold.
