I was asked to work on a website build on Enfold theme. In update section it says that current Theme Version Number is 3.8.4. The API Key is missing so is Themeforest username. WordPress has been automatically updated to v 5.0 by hosting company. Editors do no work, I can’t work with on site.
How do I upgrade the theme to latest version? What can I do?

You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

You can download the theme files from the Themeforest account which it was purchased with.
