    Hello guys

    i have some issues in order to update a template.

    I just installed a template under djferr.com

    When i modify the data the 1st time everthing is ok, meanwhile if I made any additional change, when i press “save” this change start a loop in a saving process and updating, and i lost all the changes.

    Is it happening in all browsers? Can you please check Chrome and check the devtools console for the JavaScript errors.

    Hi Victoria,
    I already tried with the Firefox and you saw the video. I also try it with IE, and i can see the website, but i cannot open the \wp-admin in order to manage the content, however with the Chrome i dont hae any issue so i can update all the times without the “loop”

    Do you have idea how this can happend?

    Thanks for the login details, though it seems that Wordfence is locking me out. Could you disable that plugin for now please?

    I checked your site and also created a test page (Link in private).

    I added some test content and tried to save it a few times and it works perfectly fine.

    Are you still facing an issue? If so please mention the exact steps with browser and device details so we can re-produce it on our end and help you better.

    Hi,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    It seems to be an issue with the block editor, so I set the theme to use the classic editor instead. You can find that option in the Enfold > Theme Options panel, right at the very bottom. Let us know if it helps.
