    Hallo,

    ich kann das Theme nicht mehr über WordPress aktualisieren. Bekomme immer Fehlermeldungen. Die API steht und funktioniert. WordPress ist aktuell und die PHP Version ist 7.2.

    Ich würde das Update auch gerne über FTP von Hand machen. Finde jedoch die aktuelle Downloaddatei nicht. Wo bekomme ich die her?

    Sorry for the problem for the late reply. The update to 4.5.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

    You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

    thanks for your answer.
    I can’t download the ne version. The link is wrong. Sie it on the screenshot in the link. Where can I get the new zip-file?

    Hi Matthias,

    You can get it in your Themeforest account, try clicking on your profile in the top bar, then go to Downloads. You can download it from there.

    Servus,

    ich habe aktuell das gleiche Problem mit dem Update. Könnt ihr mir helfen und wenn ja, was braucht ihr? :)

    Vielleicht damit verbunden kann ich auch im Editor keine Änderungen vornehmen, da zeigt er nur noch ganz viel HTML-Code an und ich kann auch in der Preview nichts anzeigen lassen.

    Sorry for the problem. I see that you are running an old version of the theme and the update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

    You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

    If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

    After you have updated then try to activate the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options.
