Good day,
I am trying to update from version 4.0.5 to the latest version and I am getting the following error:
An error occurred while updating Enfold: Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.
Please can you provide a method I can use to update apart from FTP as I am rather hesitant with this method.

You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
