    What is supposed to happen when you import demos? I assumed it would create a bunch of page that I could just put my own content in, but it doesn’t seem to do anything. It has imported the images, but what I was looking for was the framework so I didn’t have to start from scratch?

    I imported the Church theme first, when I still had all my old pages in there. So I did a complete database re-set and uploaded the Construction theme. Twice.

    I really want to set up a menu like the construction theme, but I can’t figure out how. I thought uploading the demo would help me figure this out.

    Hey KarenBH,

    Going to Enfold > Demo Import > and importing Construction demo should be enough.
    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Thanks, but I managed to get FTP access and upload the demo files as described in your documentation.
    I’m finally making progress, but am stuck on a couple of things.
    In the construction demo, the only thing in the header is the logo and the social icons. How do you get the menu out of the header? I figured out you can put the menu below the header by adding it to the top of each page.
    Ideally I would like to add a slogan to the right of the header. See image linked below. Is this possible.

    Also, is there a way to limit the size of text box so it doesn’t extend all the way across the page? I would like the text block in the center of the page with equal amounts of white space on either side. Just choosing columns doesn’t seem to work – I would like a 1/2 or 2/3 column, but in the middle of the page, not to the side. How can I make this happen?

    Hi Karen,

    To do that you’ll have 2 options one is to modify header.php using a child theme and the second one is using header widgets: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/header/#adding-a-header-widget-area
    As for the 2nd question, you can use 1/4 1/2 1/4 columns, you can make the 1/4 columns empty or an just put an empty text block on it.
