Dear support team.
It has been several times I asked about my problem on my website but unfortunately no answer. I have translated the home page into the second language (Azerbaijani) but when a website visitor clicks on the flag in language switcher it shows (Nothing found page)
Please as soon as you can give me help.

ForoughJanuary 18, 2019 at 5:32 pm #1055527Hey Forough89!
Which page are you referring to? You might want to check Ploylang forums and docs for the issue too.

VictoriaJanuary 20, 2019 at 2:24 pm #1056154Hey Victoria,
Please look at our website which I have sent the information in private data. You will see by clicking on the Azerbaijan flag (the second language) “Nothing Found” page appears. Not the translated page. I Checked polylang, but no result. If you just visit the website you will find out what I mean. (also please check the second language menu bar) they are Ok the problem is only with the home page of the second language.
Thanks,

VictoriaJanuary 23, 2019 at 3:19 pm #1057764Dear Victoria,
I hope you understand me. None of your answers helped me. I asked my question three times but I didn’t receive any helpful answer, even not related to my question. I gave my website, login info but the only thing I got was wasting time and some Irrelevant replies. I purchased several themes with other brands like Albergo (which support team really really was helpful) from Envato but never support team was like this the way they reply for Enfold theme. Please, if you can help me with my question in the right way and if you can not help me just tell me to not lose my time more than this.
Thanks,

So normally when people want to add another language, they all may have problems. It is really getting late. Please help me on that.

ForoughFebruary 17, 2019 at 12:18 pm #1067883I have a similar problem after the last Enfold update : the main static page in French (www.newpointdeview.com) is ok, but in Russian (www.newpointdeview.com/ru/) and in English (www.newpointdeview.com/en/) are showing all posts from the blog (russians in russian, and english in english). I’ve tried EVERYTHING: deactivated all plugins twice, emptied the cache, modified Polylang settings, even changed the russian and english pages permalinks to test if it might change anything. NOTHING happens. It juste doesn’t work.
But I’ve noticed one detail in the Enfold options: the frontpage setting does not memorise the static page for Russian and English, while it does only for the main language. Look at the screen prints: French by default, Russian, English.
So my question is: how come ?PS: I got the very last versions of everything (Enfold, WP and Polylang)

February 17, 2019 at 12:32 pm #1067885I believe there was the same problem described in this already closed thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/link-from-logo-on-a-site-with-2-languages-2/.
February 17, 2019 at 9:01 pm #1067997Hi Anton,
Now I see http://www.newpointdeview.com in English and Russian. Both seem correct. I didn’t find any way to fix (www.plconsultancy.com)It was in English and Azerbaijani. Not only I face error page all the time when clicking on Azerbaijani, but also both languages were mixed the way that some Azerbaijani posts are now on the English home page. I even deleted Azerbaijani language but still, nothing changed. In the panel, there is not even an Azerbaijani word anymore But in English homepage, you can see Azerbaijani. Is there any way to fix it.
And Do you know how to solve 404 error page for the other languages?
Regards,
ForoughFebruary 17, 2019 at 9:44 pm #1068033If you look at http://plconsultancy.com/language/az/ you face error (page not found)but the top menu bar has the items which show the second language (Azerbaijani) Why this happen to the Second language homepage?
February 17, 2019 at 9:59 pm #1068039Hi Forough89,
I can’t see the pages you mentionned, your site seems to be off line. The questions you ask are unfortunetly too technical to me, so I can’t help, but I hope the support people will be able to resolve our problem.
Regarding my Russian and English pages, they are not correct, seems they show all the articles in a row instead of the same static pages as in French.Enfold guys, help us please
February 18, 2019 at 6:37 pm #1068529Hi Anton,
Yeah, now I see. My problem is even worse! shows a ‘not page found’ in the second languages. I am just wondering what the other Enfold buyers do when they want to add another language. It has been a very long time I am asking support but seems nobody cares.
Please support us!February 19, 2019 at 12:40 pm #1068898Hi,
Thank you for using Enfold.
We try to keep Enfold compatible with as many plugins as possible – but as there are so many plugins around it is not possible to support all of them.
Enfold has a focus on WPML – and this plugin is supported (https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990?ref=mr4k&gclid=CjwKCAiA767jBRBqEiwAGdAOr9yH7PCyt4HYhTgmi3ScprVYodIPcZ76pg6YF5LIHKQ86ITYTMB0yBoCyjMQAvD_BwE )
Polylang is not in the supported list of plugins. Nevertheless I downloaded it and had a quick look. But I was not able to figure out how to add the flags to the menu.
I’m afraid in this case we are not able to help you. Maybe Polylang changed something ?
Consider to switch to WPML.
Best regards,
GünterFebruary 19, 2019 at 1:28 pm #1068943In Polylang the flags have to be added from Appearance > Menus.
And @Günter, any idea about my problem ? http://www.newpointdeview.com > please go to the Russian and English links
how come I have this problem after the last Enfold update ?February 25, 2019 at 1:18 pm #1071268Hi,
I’ve never been working with PolyLang – but a friend told me that they had tried to stay WPML compatible (using same filters). Maybe they changed something.
I see a WPML comp. grayed – could be they moved that to the PRO version?
Enfold hooks into WPML to keep options seperate for each language. This does not work for Polylang if they moved these filters.

GünterMarch 8, 2019 at 6:09 pm #1076433Hi, Besides this problem with the second language, I faced another problem. now when I want to edit a page I see only codes. Before it was like different all elements and was very good and easy to add sections and elements. the format seems totally changed? How can I turn it back?
March 14, 2019 at 6:24 pm #1078779Hi,
Switch to Advanced Layout Builder from text version and this issue should be fixed :)
Keep us updated!

March 17, 2019 at 3:47 pm #1079600So is there anybody using WPML as a multilingual plugin for Enfold theme? Does that work well?
Thanks
ForoughMarch 21, 2019 at 7:00 am #1081192Hi,
Yes, there’s a lot of Enfold users who are using WPML. There is actually a comprehensive documentation on building a multilingual site with Enfold.

We’ll close this thread now. Please don’t hesitate to open a new thread if you need anything else.
