Are you trying to update to WP 5.0 on your live site?
If yes, please try it on a stage site first as it may cause some issues on your live site, you can check on this post on how to create a stage site: https://themeisle.com/blog/wordpress-staging-site/

If the solution posted on the thread I posted doesn’t work, please try to update enfold manually via ftp.
