My name is Mariko Hayashi-Hall, We had a web developer that now servicing us well and I am currently between developer. and I need to purchase the Enfold theme that was used for our site. which is Enfold 4.0.2. Could some on please contact me ASAP to let me know how I can upgrade the theme

Thanks for reaching out to us. Do you have access to the theme files on Themeforest where the theme was bought? If not then your former developer might be able to give you the login details? If not then you might need to purchase your own license, you can do so here: https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990
The update from the version you are running to 4.5.1 has to be done manually unfortunately, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
